Jimmy Hoffa speaks at a Teamster rally in 2007

It’s true – the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Jimmy Hoffa, Jr. is certainly following in the footsteps of his father (hmmmm – no threat intended) as he proved to the world in a speech given in the presence of our Thug in Chief, President Barack Obama. Those may be offensive words to some but not more offensive than Jimmy Hoffa’s statement below, and not more offensive than Mr. Obama’s refusal to tone down the rhetoric. Apparently the union that Mr. Hoffa heads and the liberal contingent that Mr. Obama represents want to declare war on the average citizens who comprise the TEA parties. Well, if it’s a war they want, Bring it on!

In his speech Jimmy Hoffa tried to rally the workers of Michigan and America; the same workers who have a 10.9% unemployment rate in Michigan and 9.1% nationwide. The problem for Mr. Hoffa may be that these workers aren’t as stupid as he thinks. Chances are that these workers realize it is Mr. Obama’s policies that raised the unemployment rate from a 2008 low of 6.1% to a whopping 9.1% national average, with some estimates being as high as 19%! Since Mr. Hoffa thinks we’re that stupid, let me make it clear – that’s an increase of 3%, or roughly 50% higher than it was under President Bush.

Jimmy Hoffa said:

We got to keep an eye on the battle that we face: The war on workers. And you see it everywhere, it is the Tea Party. And you know, there is only one way to beat and win that war. The one thing about working people is we like a good fight. And you know what? They’ve got a war, they got a war with us and there’s only going to be one winner. It’s going to be the workers of Michigan, and America. We’re going to win that war. President Obama, this is your army. We are ready to march… Everybody here’s got a vote…Let’s take these sons of bitches out and give America back to an America where we belong.

Whose fault is it, really?

“The war on workers” that Hoffa is referring to does exist, but the assault hasn’t come from the TEA Party. The assault has come from the White House. It has been the TEA Party who has taken on the insanity of over-regulation that has stifled job growth. And it is the TEA Party that has valiantly fought against absurd spending that has only stimulated a debt crisis. Yes, this is a battle we are in – a battle for the very heart and soul of America. If Mr. Hoffa wants to lead the charge of destructive forces against America, then on behalf of all true patriots, all I can say is:

Bring it on! We’re more ready than he can ever imagine.

Thank you, Mr. Hoffa. You have given the average American the rallying call to mobilize and put an end to the worst political atrocity in the history of this country. Thank you also for insuring the one term presidency of Mr. Barack Obama.

For those who think the Unions of today are going to protect the jobs of the regular workers do some homework. Look up and research the history of Eastern Airlines. Some of you older people out there may remember Eastern Airlines.

For those of you who are younger Eastern Airlines was an airline that existed for a long time. I think it was one of the original airlines in this country. But they hit a rough patch and in an agreement gave the Unions that represented a large number of their workers positions on the Board of Directors. Instead of insuring the company stayed profitable and in business this board gave more and more salary and benefits to the unionized workers. The result – Eastern Airlines folded because it was not profitable. All of the workers – Union and non-union lost their jobs.

So before one thinks these Unions are really out to protect workers look at their history.

Its about time for ongoing increasement of backbone from our types of conservatism, we should have been long ago fighting the evils of obaminations and his circle of socialism much stronger harder and longer and of course legally than we pasively did. The sleeping giant should’ve been awakened far earlier on maintained till these evils were conquered. Have we forgotten lest we forget (the lessons of the past similar situations)?

[…] Members of Congress seem to want to start a race war. A union boss sees every Tea Party activist as no better than a strikebreaker. So some very prominent people feel the same way about the Tea Party as this […]

What Hoffa (and other socialists) keep hammering in is how it’s so unfair to the MIDDLE CLASS. What he fails to mention is the vast majority of the Tea Party just happens to be middle class.

This may be class warfare, but it’s the union middle class vs the non-union middle class. AND…. most of those union middle class make twice as much as the non-union folk. So you have the RICH union folk blood sucking on the lower income non-union folk.

Now who’s the bullies? Who are the thugs? They love to play it that “those nasty rich people want to take middle class job security away” when those rich folk could care less, whereas the taxes we non-union folk pay to SUPPORT all the unions is putting us in the poor house, foreclosures, plans to have to LEAVE our homes to go live in other states where we can afford it better.

This is an utterly classic case of too many ticks on the dog… sucking his blood.. But.. you can’t expect them to actually tell the truth… the definition of evil is that it’s lies…

BUT… to be fair… all unions are not the same and shouldn’t be painted with the same brush.

A nice future employee administrative management model is the Electricians Union that services independent contractors. Each member pay is administered with benefits provided by the union organization, and yes, the members chip in to buy their insurance, with different plan options/prices.

Since contracting is an on-again off-again type profession, the union acts as a stabilizer, carrying the benefits through periods of no-work. If you think about it, an employer has only one fiscal responsibility to their employee. To pay them.

The government has no right to impose administrative burdens for keeping track of the employees relationship with the government. They don’t get paid to do that, and it’s simply not their job.

I’d like to see the Community Centric Approach applied here and have a Community Employee Services (CES) .org’s in each town. Employers have only one responsibility, wire the employees check to the CES of the employee’s choice. They do no W2’s, don’t care about 1099 relationships. No union dues processing (which is complicated.. OOOF)

The CES is like a credit union, but instead of banking and loans, they process all the stupid taxes out of the employees pay packet. Employers are then FREE of all tax regulations… Every.. single.. one… LOL

The Employee gets a check or auto-deposit, or cash, or money order… any way they want as they are the customers of the Community Employee Services .org. The CES gives lousy services, the worker gives employer the new CES’s information. Workers choice.. CES’s serve the worker and do accounting services to satisfy government rules. Employers are off the hook for all those little contract clauses and negotiates on total pay package, period…

Ahhhhh… the joys of simplification…. Gov’t is happy, they get consistent accounting. Now they have to chase BOTH the employers and workers (there are always cheaters). Using CES’s they no longer care what employers do and are out of their hair. Result = a boom of small business as employee “hassles” is a top deterrent to new start ups. No more need to hire “tax accountants”.

Employees are happy. They have a menu of benefits services from the CES. They get to choose which CES they choose to to business with. Flexibility, stability, choice, security.

One of the most outrageous, idiotic, ridiculous setups is to allow and EMPLOYER to “hold” the pension money that belongs to the worker. Government or private, there are way too many who just seem to wind up with empty piggy banks and it’s the worker who get’s the shaft.

CES’s protect the worker by “banking” their pension fund contributions each and every pay check. No politicians promising “Oh, we’ll fund it next year.” no more raids when other coffers are dry into the workers piggy bank.

And… you launch a new industry, modeled after the cool things unions DO do for their members. What a CES would NOT do is negotiate contracts. They are strictly a service entity. Do ONE thing and it well.

Solutions are simple. The hard part is getting those with heads in…..ah… sand realize that the ONLY thing that keeps us from doing this is corruption. That and addiction. The government system is addicted to power. Getting to play with everyone else’s money. Time to change that.

As a Tea Party Organizer and Founder, I most definitely feel threatened by the comments of Mr. Hoffa. The Presidents presence at that venue and lack of denouncement makes it all the more disturbing. Now, I said I felt threatened, but I am not afraid. What I am afraid of is the direction that our country is going in. That is quite scary.

An official order of protection from Hoffa and his minions is in order

TP 109

The thugs are in the Union leadership and their paid knee- cappers. Union rank and file shoot themselves in the foot when they lose their identity in a thug-led rally, and forget their own values and restraint, and stand by silently. (How’s that for violent imagery,Jimbo?) They then become part of a mob and its inherent dangers.

Unions account for a small portion of the labor force and many of those are in public sector unions. But as per Alinsky rules, they make themselves look bigger than they are with visible rallies and the help of the media and Obama. We will see more Union thugs inflame the class warfare that Obama has been stoking.

All I got to say to Jimmy Hoffa jr. is bring it on. We’ll hand your raggety ass back to ya when we get done stomping a mudhole through it. That crap don’t get far here in the South. We demand courtesy and manners here.
