Adam Schiff facing expulsion

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) now faces expulsion from the House of Representatives over his promotion of anti-Trump narratives. One other Representative introduced a resolution of expulsion, and the Speaker suggested he should stand trial for treason.

Adam Schiff targeted

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) introduced a resolution of expulsion against Adam Schiff yesterday, according to ZeroHedge and Breitbart. Yesterday evening, Luna explained her reasons on Twitter.

She introduced a terse resolution, expressing her desire in one sentence. “Resolved, That, pursuant to Article I, Section 5, Clause 2 of the Constitution of the United States, Representative Adam Schiff, be, and he hereby is, expelled from the House of Representatives,” it read.

Article I Section 5 Clause 2 empowers each chamber of Congress, “with the concurrence of two-thirds, [to] expel a member.”

Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), in taking over as Speaker of the House, stripped Schiff of his committee assignments. He stated as his reason Schiff’s promotion of the “Russia Hoax.” This came even before the release of the Durham Report, which has even more damning disclosures.

Adam Schiff has a long history of hostility to Republicans – apparently at the expense of liberty and the truth. Last December he announced that the “January 6 Committee” had evidence that President Donald Trump had violated multiple laws. But he never said which laws. The Twitter Files were especially harsh to Schiff, revealing his role in calling Twitter to get people kicked off. (And also promoting the notion of Trump collaborating with Russia.) When McCarthy took over as Speaker, Schiff and Reps. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) and Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) accused McCarthy of “weaponizing” committee assignments. (He failed to mention Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., the outgoing Speaker, doing the same.)

A personal vendetta rising to the level of treason?

Adam Schiff pursued President Trump in ways that strongly resemble a personal vendetta. For instance, when Meta (parent of Facebook) restored Trump’s pages, Schiff called that “a tragic mistake.”

While Rep. Luna was introducing her resolution of expulsion, McCarthy was dropping darker hints. The Gateway Pundit reported at 5:35 p.m. EDT that McCarthy himself was considering expelling Schiff. Two days ago McCarthy said one reason for asking Special Counsel John Durham to testify before the House, was to ask about Adam Schiff and the role he played in the FBI investigation of Trump and his campaign. (According to the Durham Report, the FBI had no grounds even to open an investigation, much less continue it.)

Then yesterday he gave an interview to Maria Bartiromo on Fox. That’s when he hinted at expulsion and even a trial for treason.

It raises the question about Adam Schiff… Remember when Adam told the American public he had proof? Remember when he said he didn’t know the whistleblower? What he put America through when he openly lied to us. It raises questions about his character and WHETHER HE SHOULD BE IN CONGRESS.

And more people are guilty of sedition and possibly treason. And I suspect Donald Trump can sue these people for slander and libel.
