Report: NIH spent over $2 million injecting puppies with cocaine

The National Institutes of Health has reportedly spent over $2.3 million on studies that injected puppies with cocaine.

The experiment, which was revealed through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed by the White Coat Waste Project, follows previously unearthed studies funded by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease Director Anthony Fauci that “debarked” beagle puppies.

Seven six-month-old Beagle puppies were made to wear a drug-injecting jacket that allowed them to be dosed with cocaine constantly for months, along with an ‘experimental compound,’ to see how the two drugs interacted.

The year-long experiment, which began in September 2020, was filmed so research could evaluate the puppies’ adverse reactions” to the drugs. Prior to the drugs being administered, the puppies were forced to undergo surgery, where they were implanted with a “telemetry unit” to monitor their vital signs throughout the experiment.

A second experiment, which ran from March 2020 until March 2021, also injected six beagle puppies with cocaine through the same jackets. The study was funded by the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) Institute on Drug Abuse and costed taxpayers of $2.3 million.

Devin Murphy, Public Policy and Communications Manager at taxpayer watchdog group White Coat Waste Project, told The National Pulse: “#BeagleGate just got bigger. Taxpayers should not be forced to foot the multi-million-dollar bill for wasteful and cruel ‘Coke Hound’ experiments in which beagle puppies are injected with cocaine to fulfill just to fulfill burdensome and outdated FDA red tape. The NIH is addicted to spending and it’s time we got this waste and abuse off of the taxpayer’s back.”

The study follows speculation of the NIH’s potential role in the creation of COVID-19, as Fauci’s institute within the federal agency funded studies manipulating “killer” viruses with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

One of the Chinese Communist Party-run lab’s top researchers, who has admitted to seeking bat viruses capable of “direct human infection” in deleted documents, lists grants from Fauci on her resume.
