Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito reportedly moved to undisclosed location amidst Roe v. Wade protests
Justice Samuel Alito has reportedly been moved to an undisclosed location for safety.
Activists are still protesting outside the homes of Supreme Court justices over the possibility of the court overturning Roe v. Wade.
They are putting pressure on the justices who are reportedly expected to sign the final version of Alito’s leaked opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, overruling Roe and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, with the other four justices being Clarence Thomas, appointed by Bush 41 and the three justices appointed by Donald Trump: Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett.
Legal analyst Jonathan Turley Tweeted that it was Kavanaugh’s neighbour that organized the protest at the justice’s home. The protest began at a café in Chevy Chase, then activists marched to the homes of Roberts and Kavanaugh.
When the White House was asked about the President’s thoughts on protesters demonstrating outside the homes of justices, outgoing Press Secretary Jen Psaki said, “The President believes in peaceful protest.”
“He believes that’s part of our democracy and part of the history of the United States in this country,” Psaki continued. “But he also respects and understands the independence of the third branch of government. And I mean, obviously the Justice Department, but also the role of the Supreme Court and what they play. So, I wouldn’t say he has a view on that. He believes in peaceful protest, but they’re going to make decisions they make and we’re not going to prejudge the final opinion.”

The “protesters” need to be arrested and tried for their crimes. These people are creating real crimes versus the “Jan 6th” protestors who were actually protesting peacefully – not counting the “Left” who showed up to create problems.
[…] Court violates the law. (18 USC § 1507.) The situation on the ground is so dire that authorities moved Justice Sam Alito to a safe house. Someone has already tried to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh – and the mainstream media […]
