Former VP Pence calls for Trump supporters to halt attacks on FBI after search at Mar-a-Lago
Former vice president Mike Pence called on Republicans who support Donald Trump to stop their attacks on FBI agents and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in general after its execution of a search warrant at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago property last week.
Pence addressed a crowd at an event in Manchester, New Hampshire on Wednesday, telling them, “The Republican Party is the party of law and order. And these attacks on the FBI must stop; calls to defund the FBI are just as wrong as calls to defund the police.” He added a reminder to the GOP that the party “can hold the attorney general accountable for the decision he made without attacking the rank-and-file law enforcement personnel at the FBI.”
The FBI has seen an uptick in violent threats against the agency and specific agents since a federal search warrant was executed at Trump’s personal residence at the Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida last Monday.
The former vice president appealed to the FBI for more transparency regarding its reasons for searching Mar-a-Lago, and about its ongoing investigation into materials that may have been recovered from the Trump residence.
“The truth of the matter is, we need to get to the bottom of what happened,” Pence said. “We need to let the facts play out, but more than anything else, the American people need to be reassured in the integrity of our justice system and the very appearance of a recurrence of politics playing a role in decisions that the Justice Department demands transparency as never before.”

Why should the US citizens stop calling out the crimes of FBI and DOJ that are obvious. The only people calling for violence are those on the “Left” and they get a pass.
