Federal Judge rules in favor of Jean Carroll, Trump defamation suit against Trump continues
A federal judge has decided to allow E. Jean Carroll to use the Access Hollywood tape in her rape defamation lawsuit against former President Donald Trump.
Judge Lewis Kaplan also stated in his ruling that he will allow two other women, who have accused Trump of sexually assaulting them, to testify. Both Natasha Stoynoff and Jessica Leeds could take the stand against Trump, should they choose to do so.
The New York Times recently published an article stating that Trump was offered the chance to testify in front the New York City grand jury that has been hearing evidence against him relating to the Stormy Daniels case.
The New York times also wrote that Trump’s testimony is voluntary and that they believe he will decline.
If Trump were to be prosecuted, he would be the first US President in history to face criminal charges.
Trump continues to furiously deny any charges against him. Trump issued a statement on Truth Social in relation to the charges.
“I did absolutely nothing wrong, I never had an affair with Stormy Daniels, nor would I have wanted to have an affair with Stormy Daniels. This is a political Witch-Hunt, trying to take down the leading candidate, by far, in the Republican Party.”

Are we dealing with a real Judge? Any one appointed by Mr Obama or Mr Biden is not a legitimate Judge since under the US Constitution and law Mr Obama and Mr Biden were not and are not President. This is just a continuation of the scams to attack Donald Trump.
