Where is Joe Biden – or Jill?

Where is Joe Biden? The country has neither seen him nor heard his voice for six days. All the country has are two X posts and a letter – of incomplete, therefore dubious, provenance. Add to it a reported “medical emergency” and a too-pat “debunking” of that report. Is the President already dead? If so, why hasn’t Vice-President Kamala Harris already claimed the Presidency, per Amendment XXV Section 1? That is what the House Oversight and Accountability Committee should investigate – aggressively, and now.

What the country knows or suspects about Joe Biden

On Friday, July 5, President Joe Biden had some kind of untoward event aboard his executive transport (Air Force One). Laura Loomer first reported this on her X account.

Leftist apologists for Biden mercilessly “Community Noted” that post, and this one in rebuttal to the first Community Note.

At issue was why press pool members did not see Joe Biden exiting his limousine at his Delaware home. Yet Biden – or someone resembling him, wearing eyeshades – deplaned at the Dover Air National Guard airfield.

But Laura Loomer stood by her story.

This happened eight days after his disastrous debate performance. But Biden appeared in public after that time – feeble, but able to stand and speak after a fashion. So – apart from some shameless plagiarists of Loomer’s reportage – everyone forgot about that report.

Until this week – after Biden apparently dropped out of the Presidential race. On July 17 – twelve days after the first medical event – came another, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This initially created some confusion, because Laura Loomer at first assumed Schachtel was talking about the July 5 event. She sent this post this morning:

Was it coronavirus – or something more serious?

In fact this is the same event as Biden testing positive for coronavirus and being “mildly” symptomatic. New – or remembered – evidence now suggests the medical event was worse than everyone thought. According to Station KSNV-TV (Channel 3, NBC, Las Vegas), University Medical Center Las Vegas was standing by to receive Biden. Instead Biden’s staff bundled him aboard Air Force One and flew him back to Delaware. (He had planned to address the Unidos US convention in Las Vegas, but canceled those plans.) But this pool reporter’s post showed how dire the situation really was:

The shaking might be ordinary turbulence – or overspeeding, when the aircraft flies faster than rated and especially approaches supersonic transition. Users didn’t “Community Note” the post. But a debate broke out centering on the usual flight time from Las Vegas to Wilmington, Delaware.

Kristinn Taylor at The Gateway Pundit posted this compendium of X posts and excerpts this morning. According to it, Biden didn’t just have mild symptoms of coronavirus – he might have had a stroke. Significantly, several X users posted that Biden never wore a mask on any video of him. Masks won’t actually stop coronavirus – but the Biden administration has always assumed (for public consumption) that they would.

Did Biden come back?

This morning the President was scheduled to make the trip from Rehoboth (RAY-both) Beach, Delaware, to the White House, via Dover Air Force Base and Joint Base Andrews (Upper Marlboro, Maryland).

Christina Laila (TGP) reported that White House Physician Kevin O’Connor, D.O., gave a positive update, and that Biden was performing normal duties. Or so the White House alleged – but Laila remained skeptical. That’s entirely appropriate, considering the rapid-fire reportage from Laura Loomer this morning – and other news:

Biden canceled nine trips last night, according to Laila, reporting at 9:00 p.m. EDT. Among them: a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to Paul Serran (TGP).

Earlier yesterday, Biden’s former campaign headquarters received a call, allegedly from the President, which sounded like a recording.

The voice spoke the usual screeds against former President Trump, cutting him no slack after his near-assassination. And when Kamala Harris spoke to him, she spoke of hearing his voice. She also spoke to the voice as if speaking to a small child – or an elderly and infirm man.

In fact, Kristinn Taylor reported that Harris, not Biden, presided over an event honoring NCAA athletes.

Last last night, Kyle Becker offered this outline of what the country then knew.

In fact, this morning Harris boasts that she has pledges from the delegates she needs to win the nomination. The Democratic National Convention begins next month.

Delegation of authority

These two posts by Laura Loomer show how serious the situation is: Biden is delegating his authority.

In fact he started delegating some authority after the July 5 event:

But these are not the usual delegations of authority to a Vice-President, per Amendment XXV Section 3. These are direct delegations to the Secretaries of the Treasury, State, and other departments. That’s totally unconstitutional. Section 3 clearly reads:

Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.

No such transmittal has occurred. Certainly Rep. Mike Johnson (R-La.), Speaker of the House, would have publicly acknowledged such a transmittal.

This user offered a perspective early this morning: the American people don’t know whether their President is alive or dead.

Clearly Laura Loomer is assuming that Biden will be dead this week.

Finally, Cullen Linebarger reported on new information he had received yesterday evening. Apparently, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) threatened Biden with a Vice-Presidential Declaration of Presidential Inability, per Amendment XXV, Section 4. Christina Laila offered more information, quoting Politico. The threat was a disclosure of internal Democratic polling showing that Biden was certain to lose. One anonymous Democrat offered this:

Nancy made clear that they could do this the easy way or the hard way.

First signs of life – or are they reliable?

As this day wore on, more signs of life – however dubious – became manifest. First, a letter appeared at the White House Electronic Briefing Room heaping praise on now-former Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle. (Director Cheatle resigned her position this morning, after Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., filed a privileged motion calling for her impeachment.) Biden’s only mention of the near-assassination of Trump was to speak of an “independent review” of the event. (Just how independent is dubious; SecHomeSec Alejandro Mayorkas appointed four known Trump haters to that panel.)

Later, this letter from Dr. O’Connor appeared, saying the President now tests negative for coronavirus.

It also made this incredible statement:

The President continues to perform all of his presidential duties.

That’s demonstrably inaccurate.

At 1:48 p.m. EDT, the RNC Research account posted this video of Biden getting out of his limousine at (presumably) Dover AFB, “mumbl[ing] incoherently at reporters,” and mounting a boarding ramp to “the smaller AF1.”

A “smaller” aircraft would be an Air Force C-32, not the much larger VC-25A executive transport. (“Air Force One” is a call sign, applied to any aircraft the Air Force owns while the President is aboard.) Forty-four minutes later, RNC Research posted this video of Biden deplaning at Joint Base Andrews.

The Presidential X account mentions a scheduled address to the nation Wednesday evening at 8:00 p.m. EDT.

Whoever left that message, left it before Biden made his trip back to the White House.

Summary

Does Biden appear in those videos at Dover AFB and Joint Base Andrews? Whoever appears as Biden certainly looks like him, sounds like him – and mumbles like him. And also, like him, needs help getting into his limousine.

In view of this: can Joe Biden really deliver an address from the Oval Office? He’s been using a special studio for national addresses, in fear of tripping over camera cables. He still shuffles rather than walks – and now he’s going to risk using the Oval Office?

Furthermore: where is Jill Biden? Did she travel with him to his Rehoboth Beach house? If so, did she stay behind? And if not, where did she travel? Indeed her X account has seen no activity since her reposts of her husband’s announcements that he:

1. Is withdrawing from the Presidential race, and
2. Endorses Kamala Harris for the nomination.

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) yesterday demanded “proof of life” for the President.

Other political commentators (right and left) and leaders were demanding the same, according to The Daily Mail. But so far, not one person has demanded proof-of-life for the First Lady.

Therefore, CNAV will be first. She should be by the President’s side – and before the events of last week, she was. So where is she now?

Is Biden under duress?

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), on the day Biden dropped out of the race, first spoke of a “soft civil war” happening within the Deep State.

That might seem like speculation, but the question remains: why did Joe Biden disappear as he did? With a pool reporter talking about the President’s plane shaking as if from overspeeding, everyone assumes a medical emergency. Suddenly it resolved as fast as it appears – or does it?

Did the President really have an emergency? Or did he receive a threat that his wife is a hostage, and that if he didn’t return at once to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, his wife would be dead? Are some person or persons unknown still holding her to ensure his cooperation? And why the substitution of a C-32 for today’s trip? What happened to the VC-25 that flew him out of Las Vegas?

Did someone inject Biden with a slow poison to simulate a heart attack? (Shades of D.O.A., 1950, with Edmond O’Brien.) In a sense different from how she thinks, is Laura Loomer correct?

Too many questions – and too few answers. Someone needs to seek those answers – which the Secret Service and the FBI will not. Because if Kamala Harris has anything to do with this, she should not be allowed to become President. If it means disqualifying both officials and recognizing Acting President Johnson, so be it. We cannot allow fraud – or murder – to command.
