Arizona at critical mass?

The man now occupying the White House may have won the presidential election back in June when Janet Napolitano, former governor of Arizona and now Secretary of Homeland Security, announced that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals would take effect immediately. With one stroke of the pen, Mr. Obama allowed between 1.7 million and 800,000 illegal immigrants who arrived here as children to stay in this country for a mere $465.
Arizona — the canary in the mine
In this case the canary in the coal mines just might be Arizona. Over the weekend, The Rocky Mountain Poll reported that Obama leads Romney in this traditionally Republican state by 42% to 40%, where Obama trailed Romney by 8% after the debates. The combination of the Deferred Action policy and Arizona’s SB1070 have changed the Latino vote in the state by 77% for Obama to 10% for Romney. Petra Falcón, director of Promise Arizona in Action, is part of a coalition that reportedly registered over 34000 Latino voters – presumably all Democrats. This movement could change all states into swing states.
Can socialism be stopped?
When individual interests trump the greater good by 1%, the shift to Socialism will be unstoppable. Those who should know better are apathetic and those who don’t know better vote. It’s a bad combination. Despite all our efforts, we may be losing our Constitutional Republic. The tides eroding the sands of liberty may already be washing the Great American Experiment out to sea. Only the hand of God can stop these tides. A missionary once told me that even God won’t steer a car that isn’t moving. Although I pray that God will have mercy on America, I fear that the 30,000,000 Christians who won’t vote in November have already stopped our car. It was a great country while it lasted.
