A few intellectually honest and unafraid human beings have begun to identify the enemy of Western Civilization. The enemy is unabbreviated Islam, Islam without any qualifying adjectives such as “radical” or “fundamentalist,” or “political” or “extremist.”

What is more, a few individuals, such as former Speaker of the House of Representatives, professor Newt Gingrich, have virtually said the West in general, and the United States in particular, are in a “world war” with Islamic terrorism, which he well knows is nothing less than Islam per se.

The German word for jihad: kampf

This is the Islam of Muhammad, the Islam of the Quran, which Winston Churchill called the “Mein Kampf of war.”

The question is: How shall we conduct this war? We will not win it by reason or moral suasion or by a Voice of America. We can win it only by uprooting the ideological centers of Islam, those that inspire the vast number of prolific Muslims scattered among dozens of nations on planet earth.

To think this war can be won by peaceful means is sheer obscurantism and moral cowardice. Such naiveté can only lead to the destruction of civilization once Iran, the spearhead of Islamic barbarism, obtains nuclear weapons.

How Islam might start the last war

Of course, no democratic leader is about to rally the West in a war against totalitarian Islam. It would require a catastrophe perhaps exceeding 9/11 to awaken the United States. Because the university-bred doctrine of moral relativism has intellectually stultified and spiritually emasculated that country. In utter silence and stupidity, this doctrine has ensconced the milquetoast Muslim Barak Obama, a self-professed cosmopolitan, i.e., a man without a country, in the White House.

A 9/11 catastrophe (God forbid) that cripples New York would surely trigger a nationwide upheaval that removes the entire Muslim-Liberal infested Obama Administration. A four star General would probably become the nation’s chief executive. Martial law would be required to quell racial and urban violence. Academics that propagate multicultural moral relativism will be passé, and without a demagogue like McCarthy.

America, Mr. Trump, will never be the same again.◙
