Trampling victim moving to Florida
Candy Sero, who suffered trampling while in her mobility scooter in Ottawa, not only survived the encounter but will move to Florida.
We now have good news about the woman who took a trampling from Ottawa Police horses during their bloody crackdown. Not only did she survive the encounter, but she is also moving to the U.S. State of Florida. Considering the policies of Governor Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.), she couldn’t have made a better choice.
From trampling to notice of survival
The latest news comes from The Post Millennial. First, we have positive identification of the trampling victim. Her name is Candy Sero, once a resident of Ottawa. We have her direct testimony and also her identification by one Pauline Hill.
The shoulder injuries consist of a broken collarbone.
This Instagram video shows her leaving the hospital where she received treatment.
Regular readers will note that her story begins here. Rumble has video of the trampling as it happened.
Yesterday, Darrell L. Castle mentioned her as an example of courage.
Her niece hastened to assure everyone that the trampling did not kill her, as many had rushed to report.
Then, two days ago, Mrs. Sero announced her intention, for lack of a better term, to defect from her country.
The Post Millennial reports that other people besides Sero suffered trampling that day.
Replies
Perhaps one can only expect that the replies to Sero’s tweet varied from supportive to snidely critical. One user suggested she was leaving behind “free healthcare” in her move.
First, healthcare in Canada is not free, depending as it does on taxpayers’ money. Second, we all know that Canada rations healthcare. But even allowing for all that, let Mr. Thornflesh (if that’s his real name) imagine the serious pass to which she came, to give up the “free” service.
Next, Mr. David Smith offered this valuable insight:
Zounds! So Anthony S. Fauci takes ten times the Recommended Daily Allowance of Vitamin D, and still doesn’t recommend it? As your editor can attest, Vitamin D is good medicine. Why wouldn’t Dr. Fauci recommend it? But that’s another topic.
What’s relevant is what this other user said about an hour and a half later:
CNAV will second that. Florida vies with Texas for the title of number-one flee-to State in the Union today. Despite the detractors, Florida just gained its most stunning testimonial to date.
