Biden as Feeble Joe – now they tell us
President Joe Biden was a feeble, senile dotard from the moment he took office. The media hid this from the American people, until now.
President Joe Biden was feeble while campaigning for the office and for every day he held it. Every observer with an ounce of integrity knew it – yet White House officials, and a colluding media, hid it. Now they’re admitting it – but most want Americans to forget they ever said anything different. Conservative observers are calling it the greatest scandal in American Presidential history. The only remaining question is: will historians be as kind to Joe and Jill Biden as they were to Woodrow and Ellen Bolling Galt Wilson?
Biden was always senile
Everyone remembers the nicknames for Joe Biden throughout his Presidency: “Sleepy Joe,” “Groping Joe,” and “Sniffing Joe.” The nickname that could fit best of all is “Feeble Joe.” Regular readers will recall repeated discussions of the application of Amendment XXV, Section 4 to his case. That discussion began in August of 2021, for at least two weeks. It continued in November 2022, shortly before Midterms. But CNAV knew then that those (on the Democratic side!) talking about Amendment XXV were blowing smoke. Ambassador Susan Rice was Biden’s handler-in-chief, and would never allow a Section 4 declaration to stand. Congress would decide the issue – and one-third-plus-one in each chamber might have concluded that it was better to have the senile dotard than the raving maniac (Vice-President Harris).
But through it all, not one voice in the legacy media even suggested that Amendment XXV might apply. They all said, as recently as last summer, that Joe Biden was actually “Spry Joe.” Shortly before Biden’s disastrous debate, The New York Times accused his critics of circulating videos of Biden, videos they’d edited to show him as more feeble than he was.
A New York Times review of these videos found that some scenes were cut short and taken out of context, while other clips were cropped in a way that omitted crucial details when compared with additional footage.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had a stronger phrase: cheap fakes. This, after several media organs, shortly before the debate, started running videos showing Biden’s feebleness. Kenin Spivak at RealClearPolitics put a charitable spin on her remarks: she was saying they were taken out of context, as The New York Times had.
Then came the debate.
Now they tell us
That debate, of course, ended in disaster, to the point that donors withheld their money. “Get that senile dotard off the stage,” they said in effect, “or you’re not getting a dime!” The Big Stage Hook deployed, and Kamala Harris took center stage – for all the good that did her, the Democratic Party, or those donors.
Last Wednesday (December 18), Steve Guest and a RedState writer calling himself “Bonchie” broke the latest. The New York Times was now admitting that Biden could never last another four years as President. Guest quoted the Times thus:
Time is catching up with Mr. Biden. He looks a little older and a little slower with each passing day… it is hard to imagine that he seriously thought he could do the world’s most stressful job for another four years.
Now the corporate media admits it:

The Times four months ago: “Those videos of Joe Biden falling asleep and slurring his words are cheap fakes. Of course he can serve another four years.”
The Times now: “How could anyone have imagined Joe Biden could ever serve another four years?”

Next morning, CNN’s Chris Cillizza apologized to his viewers for not pressing the matter of Biden’s competency much earlier.
Most people scorned Cillizza for his sins of omission, but the fact remains: he did confess. That alone shows the serious weakness of the legacy media’s position.
Yesterday (December 20) came many more revelations and critiques. Victor Davis Hansen was particularly scathing:
This was the greatest presidential fraud and deception since Woodrow Wilson had a stroke in 1919, and Edith Wilson kept that from the American people for 16 months.
They appointed Joe Biden as a facade, the Obamas and the hierarchy of the Democratic Party, to play the role of old Joe Biden from Scranton, where they pushed through the most destructive left wing agenda in modern history.
And then when they found out he couldn’t even play that role of a waxen effigy, they deposed him in the same abrupt coup manner that they appointed him.
🔥VDH just unleashed on legacy media, the Obamas and the Democrat hierarchy for lying abut Joe Biden’s cognitive state for four years:

Even before this, The Wall Street Journal had revealed that President Biden was not even up to taking a call from the (then Democratic) Chairman of the House Armed Service Committee shortly before the withdrawal from Afghanistan. This post survived from the period:
THIS will be what generations remember of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. 20 years. $2 Trillion+ 2,448 U.S. Service Members killed. Countless thousand more sacrifices.

That report was by now (Friday) creating a sensation, as The New York Post reported.
Rep. Adam Smith (D-Wash.), chair of the House Armed Services Committee, had tried to contact the president in 2021 to share his concerns about the planned withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Smith said he was worried about the administration’s optimistic comments about pulling out from Afghanistan — which, after working extensively on the issue, the congressman believed would be significantly more difficult than White House officials were letting on and wanted to share his findings.
Except that Biden’s handlers wouldn’t put the congressman’s calls through.
Biden disappears during Continuing Resolution negotiations
In the latest embarrassment, President Biden has disappeared from public view during negotiations for a Continuing Resolution. That resolution has by now passed the House and Senate. But all day yesterday the White House Press Corps wanted to know: where was Biden? Press Secretary Jean-Pierre would not give a single straight answer. Reporters from ABC, CBS, NBC, and CNN all pressed Jean-Pierre on the matter, and she eventually lapsed into word salad as confusing as anything Biden had ever uttered. This post by Curtis Houck of NewsBusters is probably the booby-prize example:
ABC’s Selina Wang: “Why hasn’t President Biden said anything in the public about this? Don’t the American people deserve to know why millions of federal workers could enter this holiday period without a paycheck?”
KJP: “Well, Americans need to know that Republicans are getting in the way here, and they are the ones who have created this mess. That’s the reality. That’s the fact. And the President — and let me just take a step back. We — this is not the first time we’ve been here and the President has had this approach before. He understands how Congress works. He’s been around for some time. He understands what strategy works here to get this done. So this is not, this is not the first time that we’re — I’m being asked this question about the president and his outreach. I just mentioned he made two calls. He was in touch — he was in touch with the leader — uh — the Democratic leaders in both the House and the Senate, Schumer and — and Jeffries. So — and his team is continuing to have that conversation, but this is the mess that was created by Speaker Johnson. He needs to fix this. That’s what the American people need to be very clear about, very clear. There was a bipartisan agreement. And he’s not holding up his side of the bargain here.”

Finally, CNN does have a conservative voice on it: Scott Jennings. On his network, he offered these remarks:
I just have to ask when the accountability is going to come for every single person who sat in front of a television, who held some position of responsibility and lied their rear end off about what they were seeing behind closed doors…

Further quotes come from Fox News:
This is the biggest scandal in America. and the level and volume of people who dedicated themselves to lying to everyone at home about this man’s condition for four-straight years up through this summer is breathtaking.
It‘s a scandal of epic proportions and it’s a fair question to ask — who is running the country? Who has been running the country?
If you‘re worried about Donald Trump‘s advisers having influence — for the last four years, apparently, this president, duly elected, this president was not capable of fulfilling the duties of the office. And his staff and the White House lied about it and kept it from the American people. It’s an absolute scandal.
The Wilson precedent
Ben Shapiro brought up the precedent of Woodrow Wilson, and of his wife running the country:
In the scenario with Woodrow and Edith Wilson during Wilson’s second term — when he basically had a stroke and was completely incapacitated while Edith ran the country — there was not a lot of transparency to the public. The media was fairly small. Such a scenario did not require the collusion of thousands of people to cover up what was happening with Woodrow Wilson.
Situations like what happened with Biden have never occurred in the modern media age, but it happened and the cover-up was extraordinary.
The Wilson precedent is important for another reason: everyone figured out the truth within decades. Director John Frankenheimer included a reference to it in his “biopic” of one of Alcatraz’ most famous prisoners, Robert Stroud. In a little-noticed scene, Mother Stroud goes to Washington to intercede for her son, then convicted of killing a guard. (Spoiler alert: he “did it,” and had no excuse.) Tellingly, she sees the First Lady, not the President himself – and the First Lady promises a commutation, which Stroud got. (Birdman of Alcatraz, 1962.) Twelve years later, a sympathetic hour-long television special, The First Woman President, portrayed Ellen Wilson as a heroic First Lady taking on Presidential duties after her husband’s stroke, and setting an inspiring example for all American women.
Judgment of history
Will history be as kind to Jill Biden as it was to Ellen Wilson? Most likely not. Woodrow Wilson basked in great acclaim for his handling of American involvement in World War I. The most one can say of Joe Biden is that the less-than-half of the country who voted for him, would excuse anything that will support their own worldview. (Rumor has Jill Biden seeking revenge on fellow Democrats who shoved her husband aside after the June debate.)
History will be even less kind to the legacy media. Ellen Wilson fooled them all for a critical time. When the media discovered the ruse, they lavished praise on her for acting shrewdly. (Luke 16:8) This time the media fully colluded, and suffered embarrassment from which they might never recover. Furthermore, Woodrow Wilson entered office in full possession of his faculties, losing them only toward the end. Joe Biden was never in possession of his faculties, and everyone knew and concealed that fact.
But the Democratic Party likely has suffered most, because they kept a man in office who couldn’t handle the job. The American people will judge them very harshly, now that no one can hide the truth any longer.
