Dangerous ideologues
What can be more dangerous than an ideologue with power?
Before answering that question, we should be clear about what an ideologue is. An ideologue is a person who is passionate about an organized system of beliefs, values, and/or ideas about social, economic or political philosophies or programs. However, this belief system does not make an ideologue dangerous unless the organized system of beliefs, values and/or ideas are dangerous.
Thus political ideologues can be more dangerous or beneficial than non-political ideologues because their passion about how society should function can amass the power to achieve their goals – whatever those goals might be.
The President as ideologue
Should a President of the United States be an ideologue who believes that government is the answer to all our problems? Then you will see government grow at an exponential rate. If that same President also believes that capitalism is evil and something to thwart at every corner, you can expect to see the deliberate destruction of capitalism and the increase of socialism. If that same President also believes that the USA is a greedy and/or lazy nation, you will see that President apologize to the world for our arrogance, greed, and “unexceptionalism”.
Such a President would be an ideologue that holds this very nation in disdain. He would be incapable of leading it with a vision that matched the expectations of most Americans. Although he would speak of hope and change, it would mean something entirely different to him than to mainstream America. It would make great sense for such a ideologue President to seem to be destroying the fabric of America at every turn. To him the destruction of the American way of life would be a worthy goal. He would not let any crisis go to waste, and he would almost certainly be a globalist on a quest to surrender the sovereignty of this beleaguered land to a New World Order.
Should such a President believe that his prospects for reelection were nil, you would be certain to see an onslaught of radical Executive Orders and presidential programs materialize as November elections drew near. He would not have the restraint of prospective voters to muddy the carrying out of his ideological goals. Lame Duck politicians have always proven to be a dangerous lot but Lame Duck Presidents who are ideologues can catapult the danger levels of normalcy off the Richter scale.
Answer to the riddle
The answer to the question “What can be more dangerous than an ideologue with power?” is a Lame Duck Ideologue President who disdains the very nation he represents.
May God have mercy on the U.S.A.

Democrats Still Don’t Get It
Some things are just beyond our understanding, like why would Americans fall for a politician’s hope and change speeches? The worst moment for mankind was when the creatures put the creator to death on a cross. Yet, the best moment for mankind came to be that Heaven was reopened by His grace and forgiveness.
The horrid election of the most anti-American president ever could be America’s best moment. The end of this administration maybe a new beginning for America. Though I have to believe that his election was the direct result of Americans not aligned with God’s favor, not doing enough for the unborn as an example.
Just like 911 was a wake-up call, Obama’s election is another. Will the defeat of Obama be the death knell for American liberalism as we know it? Let’s hope so!
More likely than government which he abhors, Obama believes it is HE, and only he, who should govern.
I think he is disdainful of governmental structure as qualified by our Constitution.
This is what happens when morons and ignoramuses are charged with the responsibility of exercising their right to vote.
It has to be beyond the imagination of our Founding Fathers. Not one of them could have predicted the gross stupidity of the electorate.
