COVID narrative rapidly unraveling

The last several days have seen more extraordinary activity concerning the narrative of Corona Virus Disease of 2019, or COVID. Quite simply, the narrative has unraveled completely. It persists only on bureaucratic and authoritarian inertia. In a sense that he likely never imagined, events have proved President Franklin D. Roosevelt correct. As human beings who value our liberty, we truly have nothing to fear, save fear itself.

COVID unraveling at the Supreme Court

As regular readers will remember, the first unraveling happened before the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Two challenges to vaccine mandates from the President came before the Court last Friday. In oral arguments, Justice Sonia Sotomayor (not even physically present) utterly disgraced herself. She quoted figures for morbidity and mortality of COVID beyond any rational estimate. Within two days a Sunday morning talk-show host embarrassed the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention by forcing her to admit that Justice Sotomayor’s figures were flawed.

Director Rochelle Walensky still tried to make the case for the vaccine, and the vaccine mandate. The results were, shall we say, less than convincing.

Military files belie Dr. Fauci

The next day (10 January), Project Veritas received several documents from the the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Those documents clearly show the money trail for “gain of function research” on COVID.

Project Veritas has obtained a separate report to the Inspector General of the Department of Defense written by U.S. Marine Corp Major, Joseph Murphy, a former DARPA Fellow.

The report states that EcoHealth Alliance approached DARPA in March 2018, seeking funding to conduct gain of function research of bat borne coronaviruses. The proposal, named Project Defuse, was rejected by DARPA over safety concerns and the notion that it violates the basis gain of function research moratorium.

According to the documents, NAIAD, under the direction of Dr. Fauci, went ahead with the research in Wuhan, China and at several sites across the U.S.

Yet Dr. Fauci has always said under oath that he never cleared any gain-of-function research, with or without the EcoHealth Alliance.

But by far the most striking unraveling happened yesterday, before the Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions, United States Senate. Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) questioned Anthony S. Fauci, M.D., Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, very closely – and harshly. At issue: Fauci’s apparent conspiracy with Dr. Francis Collins, overall Director of the NIH, to “take down” dissenting scientific opinion on COVID. And in response, Dr. Fauci started whining like a little baby! Or like a grade-school bully after his target finally rounds on him and defeats him in hand-to-hand combat. Watch, courtesy of C-SPAN:

Others have asked what this man is even doing that rates a salary higher even than the salary of the President of the United States.

Further COVID unraveling worldwide

But the game does not end even before the Senate or its committees. The World Health Organization now admits that chasing after COVID with vaccines and boosters will not work. They don’t even address the danger and countereffectiveness of vaccines and boosters. But even on their own terms, vaccines and boosters will not stop this disease.

And in Israel, a leading immunologist has written to that country’s Ministry of Health, telling them: give up trying to eradicate COVID in Israel. Your editor, who trained as a physician, could have told them, and has said this repeatedly. Trying to eradicate an airborne pathogen is an impossible dream. Now – after nearly everyone in Israel has taken a jab that could kill a third of them or more – someone is willing to admit it.

Your editor would go further. If the Sanhedrin were active today, they might issue this dire warning. The people of Israel have been burning incense on the “high place,” or bamah, of “modern science.” This has brought upon them a plague like that which struck national Israel after King David took an ill-advised census. (1 Chronicles chapter 21; 2 Samuel chapter 24.) Likewise the American people have also burned incense on a similar high place. So God has delivered America into the hands of internal tyrants.

What happens next?

Will the peoples of America and Israel cry out to God? Your editor has heard clergy members cry out for relief from the pandemic. That isn’t the problem, because COVID never was more than one percent case-lethal in any demographic. But this burning of incense on the high place of modern medicine, has brought an artificial plague upon national Israel. One wonders how many of its people will even survive the bad effects of the vaccines. (It doesn’t matter which company makes them; they are all equally dangerous and countereffective.) At the same time Americans have delivered themselves into the hands of tyrants like those that oppressed Israel in the days of the Shoftim, or Judges.

Will God raise Him up a modern Shofet to deliver America? Is Donald J. Trump that man? After his recent pronouncements on the vaccine, that becomes doubtful. Perhaps more properly, we are all Shoftim now – or must prepare to function in that capacity. And how about Israel? Can its people survive? What miracle will God work in that country?
