January 6 – the definitive list
Today Mr. Darrell L. Castle submitted this piece about his take on the January 6 event. It contains a thorough summary of a two–part report by Revolver News on that event. Revolver News covered Ray Epps, the biggest loudmouth of that day, and several other unindicted inciters and facilitators.
January 6 – you read it here first
CNAV applauds Mr. Castle for saying, up-front, laying on the line the respect he has won as a practicing attorney, that the Capitol Riot was a false-flag pseudo-operation. Now far be it for CNAV to detract in any way from the efforts of a contributor. This holds especially for as thorough an effort as Mr. Castle has just submitted. But regular readers will know at once, though it reads like a cliché:
You read it here first!
Herewith, therefore, a definitive list of articles and editorials about that event for CNAV readers.
CNAV jumped on the Ray Epps story on January 3 and invites readers to review its in-depth January 6 coverage.
Nor has the CNAV Editorial Board lacked for effort in covering pronouncements from Select Committee members. Many of these people, as readers will readily note, don’t seem to know when to keep their mouths shut.
Now there’s a proposal for you. A direct bill of attainder. CNAV has always maintained that the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6 Attack exists to propose bills of attainder and an ex post facto law against Trump and any who support or vote for him. Which of course stands in direct violation of the Constitution. We quote:
No bill of attainder or ex post facto law shall be passed.
And it goes on …
Well, if Rep. Kinzinger’s “powerful and substantive narrative” is anything like his tweet storm, that’s an empty promise. Or an empty threat.
Oh, was that the pipe bomber for whom the FBI was looking when Ray Epps was shooting his mouth off?
Is she Foxtrotting kidding? She it was who ordered military assets to stand down.
Now that is a credible threat, and illustrates why he should never have gotten near the Supreme Court.
