Former principal sues Missouri school district, says he was fired because he is white

A former principal at a school in the Ferguson-Florissant School District in Missouri has filed a lawsuit saying the district terminated him from his position in March last year because he is white.

Mark Weller claims he worked for the school district for over 30 years in various roles, including ten years as a principal and director of the Mark Twain Restoration & Wellness Center before he was demoted and forced to resign his position in 2021.

Weller claims the actions were taken as the district made an attempt to increase diversity in its staff and according to Weller, “rid itself of white administrators.”

After taking a $55,000 a year pay cut and a demotion to a teaching position, Weller says he was then forced to resign. He also claims the district purposely replaced him with a Black administrator.

Weller says the district told him before hiring his replacement that the position was being eliminated.

Based upon what is reported I hope he wins. He is a victim of racism. Racism is being resurrected by the e”Left” and their target is “Whites”. It is just a continuation of the destruction of society. And keep in mind real “Affirmative Action” was abandoned in the 1970s.
