China preparing for war?

Is China preparing for war? To be specific, is China, after 74 years, preparing at last to repossess the island of Taiwan? If so, what has prompted them to act now? More to the point: is Taiwan the American people’s fight? Or is it only the present American government’s fight – or the World Economic Fortum’s fight?

The latest on China from Twitter and elsewhere

Twitter user WarClandestine dropped a thread on Easter Sunday, this after President Emmanuel Macron of France made a State visit to see President Xi Jinping of China.

Emmanuel Macron said more than that Europe should seek economic and other independence from the United States. He said Europe should stay out of other countries’ quarrels. To be specific:

The paradox would be that, overcome with panic, we believe we are just America’s followers. The question Europeans need to answer … is it in our interest to accelerate [a crisis] on Taiwan? No. The worse thing would be to think that we Europeans must become followers on this topic and take our cue from the U.S. agenda and a Chinese overreaction.

Given how the French form their superlatives, the translator probably should have rendered that “the worst thing.”

WarClandestine’s inclusion of a picture of Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), then Speaker of the House, visiting Taiwan, recalls earlier questions about her visit to that island. Notice that he also quoted this thread:

That recalls the question of whether China has always been a Deep State target.

Separately, Emily Rauhala of The Washington Post referred to an editorial in Politico.com, saying Macron’s office edited out part of Macron’s conversation with Xi referring to Taiwan.

We also hear that China is running exercises involving an invasion of Taiwan. Commentators call these exercises “simulated attacks.”

Analysis

A few facts about China are beyond dispute. The Chinese Communist Party still holds sway, and are the most brutal of all Communist Parties that have ever existed. Furthermore, China has for thousands of years sought to be the Middle Kingdom to Rule the World. That means all the civilized world known to China at any given time. We can only speculate how different the world would appear today, had the Roman general Pompey the Great, fleeing from his defeat at Pharsalus, succeeded in reaching China and signing on as chief of staff to Emperor Yuan of China’s Han Dynasty. (Of course, we know what happened instead: Egyptian officials had him assassinated where he came ashore near Alexandria.)

Having said that, we must remember that the Deep State is the enemy of all mankind. It ill befits an American to cheer for the Deep State. And as WarClandestine points out, the Deep State might indeed have biological weapons development facilities on Taiwan. No one who plays around with deadly germs deserves the support of a free citizen of any country.

So it would appear that China is preparing to repossess Taiwan, not only to repossess traditional Chinese territory but also to destroy those biological weapons development laboratories, if they exist.

The threat of war

More broadly, China has already reached peak population, or will in 2030, according to World Population Review. They have a Male:Female ratio of 6:5. So many men shut out of marriage would make fierce, determined, nothing-to-lose soldiers. Taiwan hasn’t a chance against such a force – and one wonders where else China will try to invade.

However, the Chinese accepted “the vaccine,” and it has had its effect against men of military age. So the effectiveness of Chinese forces against an enemy that can match them on the battlefield might be significantly less than one would ordinarily project. More to the point, China has an aged population, and its elites are at the dead end of organ harvesting of the young to provide the old with transplants. To say nothing of the immune suppression that transplant surgery always requires.

Emmanuel Macron is incorrect in one regard. Taiwan is not an American Patriotic agenda. It is a World Economic Forum and Deep State agenda. America must become a self-sufficient, self-defending civilizational state, not an empire builder. This probably does not require intervening in Taiwan. Whatever stake Nancy Pelosi has in Taiwan, let her lose it. And whatever stake the World Economic Forum has in Taiwan, they definitely deserve to lose.
