Yesterday, “President” Joe Biden actually proposed a vaccine mandate for private citizens. The details don’t matter, because his mandate would affect most people who have so far refused the vaccine. When CNAV first heard the President’s speech, immediately we said to one another: “Lawsuits tee up in five. Four. Three. Two. One. Mark!” Well, the lawsuits, the State executive orders, and the proclamations did not wait for our “mark.” Remarkably, governors are objecting even if they believe the vaccine is good for your health. CNAV has reason to believe the vaccines are not good for anyone’s health. And the mandate alone gives reason enough to suspect that.
The President orders a vaccine mandate
The President gave his speech at 5:00 p.m. Thursday 9 September 2021. In it he specifically ordered the Labor Department to write a mandate that any:
- Hospital or other health care facility receiving Medicare or Medicaid funds, and
- Private employer employing 100 people or more,
require either a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine or weekly tests as a condition of employment.
The President doesn’t seem to care, but this directly violates:
- The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and
- All applicable statutes governing Emergency Use Authorized drugs.
To recap: only one SARS-CoV-2 vaccine has anything close to full FDA approval. It goes by the trademark Comirnaty®, for Coronavirus mRNA Technology. But that preparation is not available in these United States.
The President has issued Executive Orders in violation of the law before. His lawyers have then tried to argue that a President may set law aside in an emergency. Thus far, the Supreme Court has never upheld him in this. (They struck down the eviction mandate extension when the CDC tried to extend it on their own.)
Dr. Steven Turley gave private assurances to your editor and other members of his “Insiders Club” that the vaccine mandate:
- Would come under immediate legal challenge,
- Which it could never withstand.
In fact the Republican National Committee announced its own lawsuit on this very issue.
State governors proclaim: you’ll not mandate any vaccine in our States!
We now see several State governors not waiting for private employers to file the lawsuits. The Daily Wire reports defiant proclamations coming in from the Governors of (in alphabetical order):
- South Carolina
- South Dakota
Since The Daily Wire published this list, five more State governors and two State attorneys general have joined it.
Several Members of Congress have also warned of lawsuits to come.
The President has wasted little time in threatening to “get [governors] out of [his] way.” One adviser speaks of “running over” such governors. What powers he has to remove a sitting Governor from office, no one has described.
Details of the challenges
Most remarkably, many of these governors do not question the safety or efficacy of the vaccine. But all directly questionJoe Biden’s presumption of Presidential authority to act as he threatens. For example:
Once again, President Biden has missed the mark. His outrageous, overreaching mandates will no doubt [face challenge] in the courts. Placing more burdens on both employers and employees during a pandemic with the rising inflation rates and lingering labor shortages is totally unacceptable.
Alabamians have stepped up by rolling up their sleeves to get the covid-19 vaccine, increasing our doses administered significantly in recent weeks. We have done so without mandates from Washington D.C. or Montgomery. I’ve made it abundantly clear: I support the science and encourage folks taking the vaccine. However, I am absolutely against a government mandate on the vaccine, which is why I signed the vaccine passport ban into law here in Alabama. This is not the role of the government. I continue encouraging any Alabamian who can, to get the covid-19 vaccine. We have a safe and effective tool at our fingertips, so, let’s roll up our sleeves and get this thing beat.Governor Kay Ivey (R-Ala.)
Other governors speak far more simply:
President Biden’s vaccination mandate is unlawful and un-American. We are committed to protecting Montanans’ freedoms and liberties against this gross federal overreach.Gov. Greg Gianforte (R-Mont.)
Biden’s vaccine mandate is an assault on private businesses. I issued an Executive Order protecting Texans’ right to choose whether they get the COVID vaccine & added it to the special session agenda. Texas is already working to halt this power grab.Gov. Greg Abbott (R-Texas)
But is the vaccine safe? No!
CNAV believes some of these governors are wrong about one thing: assuming the safety and efficacy of the vaccine preparations. Those assumptions are not safe. Indeed they are not safe for most infectious agents for which immune inoculations exist.
The only numbers we have of vaccine “penetration” in the United States population come from the federal government. Biden mentioned them in his speech. He quotes 200 million who have taken the vaccine and 80 million who have not. (Peter McCullough, M.D., at Texas A&M, puts the ratio at 50-50. Steven Turley, PhD, puts the absolute number of “unvaxed” at 100 million.)
Assuming his numbers are correct (and CNAV cannot independently verify them), a vaccine mandate makes zero sense. Why should any person, having taken a safe and effective vaccine that does what a vaccine typically promises, which is to protect against infection, give a laboratory rat’s tail whether his neighbor or co-worker or anyone else standing next to him gets the vaccine or not? What possible danger can another person, not having taken the vaccine, pose to one who has? Answers: no reason and no danger.
In fact, the incidence (new cases per day) and prevalence (total existing cases) of COVID-19 began to decline in February. At that point the vaccine “penetration” stood at five percent. So if that incidence and prevalence declined, the vaccine deserves no credit. Natural acquired immunity is taking hold in the American population.
Serious evidence of danger and counter-effectiveness
Furthermore, we have heard much about the Greek-letter variants of SARS-CoV-2. These are showing up chiefly or solely in the vaccinated, not the unvaccinated. Of course, that has now become a point of dispute, because it shows that the vaccine is counter-effective.
And then we see patients dying of stroke due to thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, often weeks after taking the vaccine. Witness Lisa Shaw, “presenter” (their word for “anchorperson”) for the British Broadcasting Corporation. She wanted to virtue-signal, and her virtue signaling killed her.
Indeed, CNAV has heard from doctors projecting 100 percent lethality for all these preparations within three years. This dire prediction applies chiefly to patients 70 years old or older. The sources include two videos now available only on the Wayback Machine.
Note: the last article might lie behind a pay wall. But The Epoch Times is a worthwhile regular source of news, well worth the subscription price. (Full disclosure: CNAV owns no share of The Epoch Times and does not now have a content-sharing agreement with them.)
The specific mechanisms of lethality include without limit:
- Antibody Dependent Enhancement, essentially an immune over-reaction
- Autoimmune attacks against sperm, ova, and placenta, leading to contraception and miscarriage
- Over-clotting disorders, including thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura
- The creation of mutant strains – meaning Delta and other variants, exactly as we have observed
A deliberate depopulation play?
We haven’t had three years, so we’re still waiting. Given the penetration thus far, the most charitable thing to say is that it’s worth the wait. To be less charitable, 80 million (or, one hopes, 140 million) people might in three years have to dig graves for many if not most of the rest. Nor does that include the children who will not even be conceived because their mothers took the jab. Margaret Sanger sought to rid the earth of “undesirable” races. Her physical and spiritual descendants will see a more drastic and general attempt to cull the population.
In view of the above, why is the President violating the law to mandate the vaccine? Why have so many Internet organs tried to hide this evidence?
Could it be that they want to see the population thin out? In Elbert County, Georgia stand the Georgia Guidestones, which call for a world population of only half a billion. (The Gish Gallop site reports that Antifa protesters toppled the stones, which authorities later reinstalled. CNAV cannot verify that report independently.) More than that: Joe Biden’s family wealth and businesses have multiple ties to the People’s Republic of China. Furthermore, Mike Lindell, of pillow fame, has shown definitively that the Chinese coordinated the Big Steal of the Election of 2020. Therefore Biden has a motive for mandating that everyone take a preparation he knows might cause a mass kill-off within three years.
Fu Manchu – excuse me, Xi Jinping – waits in the wings
And if that happens, the People’s Liberation Army Ground Forces might mass in Manchuria, ready to march across Siberia to the Bering Straits and cross into North America on pontoon bridges to invade Alaska, then the Yukon, then British Columbia, Alberta, and/or Saskatchewan, and finally drive into the United States from the north. (They don’t have the transports to bring their invading forces directly to the West Coast. That is, unless the People’s Liberation Army Navy lays on operations to hijack ocean liners at sea.)
Look at where they sit. They released the virus to begin with, and had traitorous American help creating it. They also stole the Election of 2020, more than any other single player. Why shouldn’t we suspect they have a war plan exactly as CNAV describes?
“Conspiracy theory”? If anyone objects to being the target of such a theory, let them avoid even the appearance of evil. It is the business and mission of CNAV to assume and examine the worst case.
Prepare to fight!
Resistance to the vaccine mandate is already beginning. Dr. Steven Turley and Dan Bongino give examples:
But also: America must prepare to fight an external enemy that might take advantage of the kill-off, if it happens.
In the last legislative session, Texas came as close as it has come since the War Between the States to seceding from the Union. Texas might now have to build ground, naval, and air forces to hold its own against, not federal forces, but the Chinese. Texas will become one of the two most popular flee-to States in the Union. Furthermore, Texas now has “constitutional carry.” Governor Abbott might have “chubbed” the Texas Independence Referendum Act. But at least he has taken some minimal concrete steps to make Texas more self-defensible.
Governor Gianforte of Montana might or might not know the implications of possible long-term vaccine lethality. Those implications, if they play out as CNAV’s sources fear, will place him at the front, or at least second, line against a Chinese invasion. It thus behooves him to advertise as a flee-to State. Fortunately, he has enacted “constitutional carry” in his State. So those who flee to his State, can each bring a weapon and stand on the border.
Or Governors Abbott and Gianforte can send militia fighters north to Alaska. Alaska gained “constitutional carry” in 2003 and will likely keep it.
Constitutional carry and other details
This site lists the status (four years ago) of “constitutional carry” in every State in the Union. Of the States whose governors have already proclaimed against the vaccine mandate, four (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina) have constitutional-carry laws pending. The rest have constitutional carry in place. If activists can advance constitutional carry or at least open carry legislation in the four States not yet having it, then the militia can create a corridor to transport “troops” from all those points to Montana and then into Alberta and Saskatchewan. They then would have to cross the Yukon into Alaska before they could form a defensive line along the Bering Straits.
Do not take the vaccine!
In the meantime, CNAV advises (with the usual caveats about not having a medical license, etc.):
Do not – we repeat, do not – take the vaccine. Not under any circumstances.
Take vitamin D, 4000 international units by mouth twice a day. High levels of vitamin D protect (somewhat) against infection and fortify the body to throw it off within days.
Take zinc, 50 mg by mouth per day, as zinc sulfate.
Eat an apple a day, for the quercetin the peel contains. Best to eat “organic” apples that will have no dried-on pesticides.
Find a way to get supplies of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine to treat a severe case. (No need to take these right away, especially if you have fortified yourself with vitamin D.)
Find a doctor who has not let the establishment co-opt him. If your doctor refuses to treat you because you haven’t taken the vaccine, run, don’t walk, away. Never darken his door again. If he takes that attitude, you shouldn’t trust him anyway.
Get a lawyer NOW. You especially need a labor lawyer. You might soon have to file a wrongful-termination or HIPAA lawsuit. Better yet, watch for, and join, a legal-aid group. CNAV expects many such groups to spring up in the wake of the President’s speech.
One last bit of advice:
Flee to a constitutional carry State, especially among those whose governors have already proclaimed their opposition to the vaccine mandate. Texas and Florida are looking good. (Florida doesn’t have constitutional carry yet, but maybe you can register to vote, “primary” a few reluctant legislators, and get the legislature to pass it.)
And when you do: arm yourself. The American Patriotic Militia might soon start recruiting. (And if the Federation of State Medical Boards of the U.S. carries out its threat to revoke licenses of doctors who challenge The Narrative, then the APM will be able to recruit, organize, train and equip a Medical Corps in addition to its JAG Corps, Signal Corps, and combat arms.)
