Count the vote – whom is he talking about?
Last week, “President” Joe Biden’s plan to federalize all elections went down to ignominious defeat. First he made a disgraceful speech to the nation from Atlanta, Georgia on Tuesday. (A speech that Stacey Abrams didn’t attend, which shows how radioactive he has become.) Then on Thursday Senator Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) gave a reply to this effect: “Forget you, sir(rah)!” Smarting from that rebuke, Biden attended a private meeting of select Democratic Senators. Then he came out and spoke to the press – and when he did, he gave the game away. He admitted that the entire thrust of his “voting rights” package was to predetermine who gets to count the vote.
It’s not who votes that counts – it’s who gets to count the vote
Who said that? Josef Stalin, that’s who. But when you’re a politician of, by and for the left, you’re not supposed to say that out loud. Incredibly, Joe Biden did.
If we miss this time and the state legislative bodies continue to change the law not as to who can vote but who gets to count the vote, count the vote, count the vote — it’s about election subversion, not just whether or not people get to vote. … Who counts the vote? That’s what this is about, that’s what makes this so different from anything else we’ve ever done. … I don’t know that we can get it done but I know one thing, as long as I have a breath in me, as long as I am in the White House, as long as I’m engaged at all, I’m going to be fighting to change the way these legislatures [are] moving.
And after he said those things, he stalked off. Watch it on Twitter.
But he’s not the only one. Jake Tapper, who has made his CNN show totally one-sided, put in his two cents two days ago.
Make no mistake: the conspiracy could have worked and it might work next time.
Whiskey Tango Foxtrot are they talking about?
Not just what are they talking about, but whom? Whom does Jake Tapper mean to identify as parties to the “conspiracy” to which he alludes? More to the point, whom is Joe Biden talking about as the one(s) who get(s) to count the vote?
I’ll tell you whom they’re talking about. Me. Me and a large cadre of patriotic Americans who, last fall, applied for and won positions as Officers of Election.
On November 2, 2021, the two off-year States held gubernatorial and legislative elections. But before those elections took place, Mr. Steve Bannon publicly reminded Republicans everywhere how the Democrats could have stolen the Election of 2020. And then he told Republicans what to do about it.
Briefly, thus: for decades – indeed perhaps nearly a century – almost all Officers of Election have been Democrats. They are either:
- Little Old Ladies in Tennis Shoes, who are far too trusting for their own good, or:
- Left-wing activists disguised as “impartial” officials.
Worse than the overwhelming Democratic membership of Officers of Election is the lack of Republican accredited election challengers. These are the poll watchers, as opposed to the poll workers that we call Officers of Election.
So Steve Bannon told us all to get out of our couches and apply to be poll workers and poll watchers. Which is exactly what we did. We, because I served as a volunteer Officer of Election in Hanover County, Virginia. There would be no more Suitcase Scandals on my watch!
The Virginia Flip
Let me explain that last. During my training as an Officer of Election, I learned at last what a suitcase is. A suitcase, in election official lingo, is a container of election equipment or supplies. Once you accept that definition, the scandal of the Suitcases Under the Table at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia in November 3-4, 2020, becomes an order of magnitude worse. It means that the Officers of Election used official equipment-and-supply containers to smuggle in pre-filled, photostatted ballots, which they then proceeded to scan forty times to skew the count.
An Officer of Election swears to run a clean election and to prevent fraud. It is the Officers of Election who count the vote. Yes, technically, a modern scanner-tabulator does the count. Recently a dedicated printing press that went by the trade name Print-O-Matic® counted the vote. But these are mere machines. Human beings run such machines, therefore human beings count the vote.
And because Republicans ensured parity in as many precincts as they could – which was better than zero – Mr. Glenn Youngkin now stands as Governor of Virginia.
Biden wants the Federal government to count the vote
More to the point: Joe Biden said the quiet part out loud. He said it was all about “who gets to count the vote.” And he spoke of election subversion. Whom does he dare accuse of that? Us, local Officers of Election, and the registrars who are our bosses.
He talks too much. Recall what was in those bills that now will go nowhere in the Senate. One of them gives a pretext to have the federal government run all elections. Another would make it impossible for an Officer of Election to do a conscientious job. When people can register to vote on the very day of an election, with no time to check whether the applicant is even a citizen of the United States, and when the registrar must send out a mail-in ballot to every registered voter, whether said voter asks for it or not, chaos reigns. That chaos allowed people to steal the Election of 2020.
CNAV would like to correct one misapprehension. Senator Mitt Romney (RINO-Utah) said yesterday that when Biden blathered on about “who gets to count the vote,” he sounded just as bad as Trump did. Two differences, Senator. First, Trump was right and Biden wrong. Second, we Patriots have acted within the law to make sure such a theft cannot happen again. In contrast, Joe Biden proposes to codify the theft and make sure no one can prevent it. That won’t happen, so Biden is crying. Boo, Foxtrot, hoo.
