Obama v. a Muslim: what would they do?

Obama, hypocrite in chief at the National Prayer Breakfast, and orchestrator of a bodyguard of lies

The concerning behavior of Barack Obama has been a topic of discussion among Conservatives ever since his bid for the presidency in 2008. Some would even go as far as comparing him to the main character in the novel, The Manchurian Candidate, which was later adapted into a feature film in 1962 and updated in 2004. In the storyline, the main character is brainwashed through hypnosis into becoming a political assassin for the Communist party and has no recollection of his dastardly acts.

Obama is not Raymond Shaw. He’s worse.

Of course, the mysterious life of the fictional character is fascinating but other than that, it bears little resemblance to the real Barack Obama, who seems to know exactly what he is or is not doing. After all, we are repeatedly told how brilliant he is. There are, however, reasons to question Mr. Obama’s loyalties to this country. His background and upbringing do little to allay these suspicions, and all discussions regarding his loyalties can easily become heated. Still, such discussions are both legitimate and necessary for someone who is running for the position of President of the United States of America.

Barack Obama. Why does he act so like a Muslim, so often?

There are several legitimate factors that fanned the flames of doubt concerning the man now occupying the White House. Some of the suspicions arose before he was elected when videos of his 20-year spiritual leader, Jeremiah Wright, were publicized. Any patriotic American would have been hard-pressed to endure one year under Wright’s spiritual guidance, but Obama endured 20 years – and proudly so. Then there was his relationship with Bill Ayers and the mystery surrounding his birth certificate and his college transcripts, but all these things were explained away. So, before another election cycle passes through the sands of time, let’s try to take an impartial look at Mr. Obama in a more scientific way. The chart below may help to put things into perspective.

Obama v. a hypothetical Muslim: side-by-side

A militant Army major, yelling Allah Akbar, kills 13 people being processed for military deployment and one baby in the stage of gestation. Try to marginalize it. Called it “workplace violence”. Condemn it unequivocally and be sure that the terrorist is brought to a speedy and just trial. They would also do their best to be sure the chain of events leading to the atrocity would never happen again.
Visiting Middle Eastern countries and meeting their political leaders, such as their Shaws. Bow when meeting a King or Sheikh in one of these countries.Apologize for “The Great Satan” as the US is known in these countries. Bowed when he met the King of Saudi Arabia.Apologized for America every chance possible, earning one of his early tours the name: “The Great Apology Tour.” Nod their head as an acknowledgment and shake their hand if it was extended to them.Defend America and recognize her goodness.
The National Day of Prayer is held and the Muslim holy day of Ramadan takes place. Not observe the National Day of Prayer and observe Ramadan. Did not observe the National Day of Prayer and did observe Ramadan. Observe the National Day of Prayer, regardless of their individual religion, and possibly acknowledge Ramadan.
The opportunity arises to write a major political party platform. Be sure any reference to the Judeo/Christian God is kept out of the platform and be sure Jerusalem as the capital of Israel is not referenced.Do their best to marginalize the Constitution. Tried to keep all references to the Judeo/Christian God out of the platform and tried to keep references to Jerusalem as Israel’s capital out of the platform.Does his best to nullify liberty in favor of unconstitutional expanding of government rule. Do their best to acknowledge the Creator (or the Judeo/Christian God) as the giver of our rights, as well as remain a friend to Israel and acknowledge Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.Do their best to keep government limited and preserve our liberties and Constitutional Rule.
Uprisings and revolutions occur in Muslim countries. Support the uprisings that are organized by the Muslim Brotherhood. Has supported the uprisings that “coincidentally” have been organized by the Muslim Brotherhood, but not those in Iran or Syria that seek to depose their Muslim leaders. . Would be careful not to support uprisings being organized by the Muslim Brotherhood and would support others that are fighting for liberty from cruel dictatorships.
The country is dependent on Muslim countries for energy supplies. Would be sure oil drilling and refineries that compete with the Muslims are closed. Closed oil drilling and refineries in the Gulf of Mexico. Would do all they could to encourage domestic production of oil and gas.
A neighboring nation offers to build a pipeline to deliver oil to American Refineries and sell to the American people. Would veto the proposal. Vetoed the Canadian pipeline proposal. Would gratefully accept the proposal and encourage the project to begin ASAP.
An independent American exercises their right to free speech and makes a movie denouncing the Muslim Prophet Mohammed. Denounce the film publicly and apologize to the Muslims for it. Denounced the film publicly and apologized to the Muslims for it. Recognize the filmmaker’s right to free speech and not say anything one way or another.
The opportunity arises as a result of one’s position to appoint influential staff members and political leaders. Appoint the most radical extremists possible and those who are known to abhor much of the American way of life – preferring those who are sympathetic to Muslims. Appointed the most radical extremists possible who were known to abhor much of the American way of life, and preferred those who were sympathetic to Muslims. Appoint the most competent American patriots possible, being sure to vet them completely and thoroughly before placing them in a position of power (like Paul Ryan).

“Did not observe the National Day of Prayer and did observe Ramadan.”

Oh, so Obama fasted for a month, did he?

Fergus Mason

“He definitely recognized Ramadan.”

So what? He recognises christmas and easter too. In fact so do I; recognising a religious festival does not mean that you follow that religion. It’s a fairly basic element of showing respect for others. That’s not why I do it; I just like the celebrations. I’ve celebrated Eid al-Fitr as well, although naturally I didn’t bother to fast first.

“But he canceled the National Day of Prayer”

No he didn’t.

“He might as well have done. A lot of cities did cancel because he never proclaimed it.”

Yes he did. Here:

Just like he did in 2011:

And 2010:

And 2009:

Your issue seems to be that he didn’t hold an event in the White House to mark the occasion. Guess what? In the last 32 years there have been exactly ten Presidential events to mark the National Day of Prayer, eight of which were held by GW Bush. I don’t see you criticising Reagan or Bush I for not marking the day.
