Taquiyya and Israeli PMs
Have Israeli Prime Ministers succumbed to taquiyya? In a recent article, I pointed out that the Islamic art of taqiyya, of deceit and dissimulation, attains perfection when its practitioner possesses an effortless ability not only to convey a charming and ingratiating countenance to others, but does so without being emotionally conscious of his dissimulation.
Don’t Prime Ministers know about taquiyya?

I also noted that Moshe Dayan (1915-1981), the famous Israeli military leader and politician, once wryly indicated that Muslims ingest “lie pills” before engaging others in negotiations. Surely what the eminent Moshe Dayan knew about Muslims is known to other Israeli officials.
This obviously applies to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who has engaged in negotiations with Palestinian Muslims more frequently, and for a far longer period of years, than any of his predecessors, especially in what is called the “peace process.”
But given Mr. Netanyahu’s knowledge of what Moshe Dayan has said about Muslims, he must therefore know that the “peace process,” in which he has participated with Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas, is nothing but a charade.
This clearly implies that PM Netanyahu, the arch-spokesman of the Israeli-Palestinian “peace process,” has been deceiving the people of Israel for more than twenty years! And since he has for so long succeeded in this deception, it would hardly be an exaggeration to say that he has assimilated the Islamic art of taqiyya!
To be fair, however, who but fools are unaware of this charade, and who but scoundrels do not profit from it – at least politically?
